CALENDAR






Italian Cooking Workshops are in English and every class lasts about 3 hours, preparing 4 recipes (a little less if you decide for 3 recipes at your choice). Here the menu where to choose your favorite recipes to prepare.

We can also organize peculiar cooking experiences on demand such as Culinary Journeys through regional flavors and savors, preparing the most typical dishes of neapolitan, Sicilian, Apulian, Roman, Venetian, Ligurian, Tuscan kitchen, just to name a few. Please keep in touch and it will be our pleasure to satisfy every gourmand desire.


You will be welcome with a Nespresso coffee (or tea/american coffe/cappuccino) and a Sfogliatina (a typical local sweet treat) and then, after the lesson, we will have lunch/dinner together with what prepared in the terrace overlooking the lake.

Kitchen equipment is provided (aprons, utensils, etc.) and everybody will be given a printed booklet in English with all recipes.

As to confirm the cooking class, at least 1 or 2 weeks in advance in order to organize it,  a not refundable deposit will be required, payment by bank transfer; the remaining amount will be paid cash the same day of the cooking class.

Quite all days are available on request for a private Cooking Class, 
except Saturdays & Sundays (available only for groups of 8/10 people or more).
