Italian Cooking Workshop 2022


1. Aperitif, Aperol Spritz with one of the following:
- Walnut Sablés with Gorgonzola & Mascarpone Mousse
- Mortadella Mousse with Seed Grissini
- Fried Zucchini Flowers & Anchovies
- Pizzette (pizza finger food)
- Zucchini Carpaccio


2. First Course, one of the following:
- Homemade Lemon Ricotta Ravioli with lemon and thyme sauce
- Gnocchi with Tomato Sauce or Pesto Sauce and Gnocchi with Sweet&Sour Sauce 
- Homemade Tagliatelle with Ham and Peas or Tomato Sauce
- Trofie with Pesto Sauce
- Cavatelli and Orecchiette alle Cime di Rapa
- Pasta alla Norma or Pasta alla Carbonara
- Seasonal Risotto


3. Main, one of the following:
- Aubergine Parmigiana
- Pasqualina Tart, a Ligurian savory quiche with spinach, eggs and ricotta
- Trota in salsa, marinated trout in oil and anchovy sauce, typical dish of Garda Lake 
- Saltimbocca, thin veal bites lined with prosciutto and sage


4. Dessert, one of the following:
- Crème Caramel
- Sbrisolona, local crunchy and crumble cake with almonds and corn flour 
- Classic Tiramisù or Red Fruits & Prosecco Tiramisù
- Panna Cotta with Red Fruit Coulis or Salted Caramel Sauce


Wine included: Aperol Spritz, Chiaretto del Garda, Prosecco
